You are invited to our:

  • Blue Christmas Healing Service: December 2 at 7:00 P.M. A reflective service for anyone having a difficult time feeling the Spirit of Christmas.
  • Breakfast with Santa: Saturday, December 5 beginning at 9:00 A.M. Tickets are $5.00 each. Please call 972-727-3639 for reservations.
  • Itzel Family Concert: Sunday, December 6 at 6:00 P.M. www.billandkarenitzel.com
  • Advent Study and Taize Prayer: December 9 and 16 at 7:00 P.M. in the Activity Building and Sanctuary.
  • Christmas Eve Candlelight Service: Invite your friends and family to this special worship service beginning at 6:00 P.M.
  • Watch Night: December 31 from 8:00 P.M. to midnight

About This Site

So much can be said in a name. In our case, our name says it all. First and foremost, this web site is a labor of love by a group of parents to celebrate the school district that is the heart of our community.

Lovejoy is a community of students, teachers, staff, parents, grandparents and residents of all ages. This is a web site by and for our community. There are so many good things happening in this community on a daily basis that we had to dedicate a whole web site to showcase them.

We hope this web site will be a source of inspiration, and we invite all of you to share the love that is Lovejoy!
