Today I charge you with  three simple questions:

1) Does your family and co-workers know you always have their best interest at heart?

2) How do they know?

3) What are you motivated by, your concern for others, or your own agenda? 

Servanthood is not about skill or position. It is about attitude. Show me someone who thinks they are to important to serve, and Ill show you someone who is basically insecure. How we treat others is really a reflection of how we think about ourselves.
