On October 16, the 5th grade students at Hart coordinated a unique experience for Kindergarten through 2nd grade students! These magnificent 5th grade leaders developed a “Drug Free” field day for the primary students to participate in throughout the morning. Hart’s talented school leaders gave time and transformed Hart’s playground into a DRUG FREE play zone. Their creativity gave way to engaging and meaningful learning stations such as:

  • Roll Drugs Out of Your Life
  • Smash Drugs Out of Your Life
  • Putt Drugs Down the Hole
  • Race Away Drugs
  • Balance Your Life Without Drugs and many more exceptional learning areas

The interactions and work ethics of our leaders with the primary grades were first-class! The 5th graders did an amazing job teaching quality ways to DRIVE DRUGS out of our lives.

So much can be said in a name. In our case, our name says it all. First and foremost, this web site is a labor of love by a group of parents to celebrate the school district that is the heart of our community.

Lovejoy is a community of students, teachers, staff, parents, grandparents and residents of all ages. This is a web site by and for our community. There are so many good things happening in this community on a daily basis that we had to dedicate a whole web site to showcase them.
