Hart Elementary hosted a Scholastic Book Fair before Thanksgiving in the library. The library was transformed into a book store decorated with the theme Destination Book Fair. The Book Fair chairperson, Denise Reyes, organized this successful event with wonderful PTA volunteers that helped to set up, run and take down the fair when it was over. Students enjoyed visiting the fair to purchase new books for their home libraries. Hart students are already looking forward to the next Book Fair in March.

About This Site

So much can be said in a name. In our case, our name says it all. First and foremost, this web site is a labor of love by a group of parents to celebrate the school district that is the heart of our community.

Lovejoy is a community of students, teachers, staff, parents, grandparents and residents of all ages. This is a web site by and for our community. There are so many good things happening in this community on a daily basis that we had to dedicate a whole web site to showcase them.
