The gingerbread man got away from the kindergarten classes again this year and ran all over Lovejoy!  Whew, he is very fast!  The classes each made a gingerbread man and had our wonderful cafeteria staff cook them in one of their large ovens, but when they went to pick then up, they were told that the gingerbread men had jumped out of the ovens and ran out the back door of the kitchen!  Oh no!  So the classes made MISSING posters and had to search the school high and low to find them.  What fun!

About This Site

So much can be said in a name. In our case, our name says it all. First and foremost, this web site is a labor of love by a group of parents to celebrate the school district that is the heart of our community.

Lovejoy is a community of students, teachers, staff, parents, grandparents and residents of all ages. This is a web site by and for our community. There are so many good things happening in this community on a daily basis that we had to dedicate a whole web site to showcase them.
