Not only did the Lovejoy Choir make Lovejoy history by sending two students to the All-Area Choir Competition, Sr. Erin McInerney and Jr. Alex Malliet, but Erin placed 2nd chair in the All-State Women's Choir - a first for Lovejoy!  The Choir now has eighteen individuals and five separate ensembles that have earned top honors in UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest and are now moving on to State Solo and Ensemble Contest, in San Marcus this coming May.
