The first annual "Prom Fashion Show" held on January 30th at LHS by the LHS PTSA was a huge success. There were over 24 Lovejoy HS students who modeled amazing fashions provided by Whatchamacallit and Tuxedo Junction.  There were over 100 people in attendance, and while the juice flowed from the gorgeous fountain and petite creme puffs were tasted, everyone savored the acapella music provided by Spencer Hamilton.  The event raised just over $500 for the After Prom event.

The Prom Fashion Show committee is already making plans to host an even better and bigger event next year. In support of our upcoming After Prom event, Whatchamacallit is going to donate $10 from every dress purchased there by Lovejoy students, and Tuxedo Junction will be offering Tux Bux which also donates $5 back to After Prom--don't forget to mention that you are with Lovejoy HS so we may receive their donations.  A huge thank you to the community and all the mommies who brought their daughters to the show.  We'll see you again next year.
