Sloan Creek Middle School Band Programs Receive Top Honors PDF Print E-mail

On Tuesday, April 13th, The Sloan Creek Non-Varsity Band and Varsity Band both received "Sweepstakes" ratings, which is the highest rating possible at UIL Concert and Sight Reading Contest. Also, the 6th Grade Band competed at the Sandy Lake Band Contest on April 15th, earning a division one—the highest rating possible. Congratulations to each of the students and directors of the Sloan Creek Middle School Band Program for their hard work and success.

About This Site

So much can be said in a name. In our case, our name says it all. First and foremost, this web site is a labor of love by a group of parents to celebrate the school district that is the heart of our community.

Lovejoy is a community of students, teachers, staff, parents, grandparents and residents of all ages. This is a web site by and for our community. There are so many good things happening in this community on a daily basis that we had to dedicate a whole web site to showcase them.
